The red wine »Inferno« Rotwein Cuveé Reserve, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Jürgen Emrich has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Regent, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Very savoury bouquet with ripe dark fruit, blackberry, dark cherry, as well as stewed fruit, elderberry and dark chocolate with tobacco. Well-balanced cuvée fusing ripe fruit, savouriness, power and a well-balanced acidity. Dry, with ripe tannins and an elegant, rather cool aura. Needs time.
