Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly yeasty and distinctly peppery on the nose. The attack is characterised by a strong sweetness, then pithy, strong carbonic acidity and a slightly green acidity, mineral notes in the middle of the palate, the sweetness is somewhat isolated on the finish.
