Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe varietal savouriness, yolk flower, clover blossom, slightly nutty aromas, some wood. Firm, full-bodied attack, then quite distinctly sweet, ripe acidity, powerful body, still youthful on the palate, sweetness and substance still have to find their way together.
