Tasting Notes
Closed on the nose, with slightly mineral notes of damp chalk. Also nutty aromas. Soft and creamy in the mouth, discreetly integrated acidity, supportive texture without harshness. Silky flow on the palate, round and with a relaxed richness. Moderately mineral, but the rich (but not overripe) structure suggests a good terroir.
