Initially dense and smoky on the nose, followed by a fine yeast note and lemon balm, a hint of ground rock and meadow herbs. Ripe stone fruit shows on the palate, with some fresh mushroom tones too. The medium body is accompanied by an attractive acidity. Still youthfully tart, with a long finish.
