Tasting Notes

88 - 90
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Mirabelle plum and tangerine, with pear and apple on the nose, also some tart apple peel, floral notes. Juicy and savoury Burgundy type with vivid acidity in a slender format, some residual sweetness and fine tartness. Does not deny its Mosel provenance, which is not only suitable for Riesling.
