Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Black cherry and some cinnamon, sour cherry, blackberry, initial ripeness, with air contact also fudge notes, iodine undertones. On the palate, the wine has a slight oiliness and a very elegant sweetness that enriches the structure and extends the fruit. A wine with plenty of juiciness and good structure, very finely matured.
