The red wine »Sinnreich« Bad Dürkheim Feuerberg Syrah trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Karl Wegner has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Intense aromas of cassis, blackberries and black cherries, with black olives, ink and Mediterranean herbs on the nose too. It's powerful and intense on the palate with good concentration, complexity and fruit depth, structured by ripe tannins. A lot of wine here, from a warm year, and a stunner with roast lamb.
