Intensive Handarbeit im Weinberg und ein Ausbau im Tonneau Fass, führen zu einer tollen Aromatik und Reife im Glas. So zeigt sich dieser Chardonnay von seiner ganz eleganten Seite. In der Nase präsentiert er eine schöne würzig- kräuterige Note mit gereiftem Apfel & Quitte. Viel Schmelz am Gaumen mit einem Hauch von Vanille im Abgang. Ein Wein mit ganz limitierter Auflage, deshalb am besten für besondere Tage aufbewahren.
