Tasting Notes
Discreet spontaneous fermentation savouriness, SAVOURY terpenes, floral notes, in the mouth a very dense combination of texture and supple motifs, the acidity with vintage-typical moderation, but quite stable effect, intense tactile minerality, almost biting, yet burgundy-like in its density, compact. Has a TARTNESS that is smoothly grounded. In the finish with hints of aromatic complexity, finally more and more lime-SAVOURY, smoky, truly noble.
