Tasting from 30.05.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma begins yeasty and savoury, then shows some hay, a hint of citrus and mint, all in all this is not a "loud" wine. The palate is juicy and supple, a hint of sweetness gives volume to the savouriness and yeasty components, the wine is dense and has an exceptionally good length.
