The white wine »Alte Reben« Pommern Goldberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Kloster Ebernach has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
"Schiefergör" is what they call the terroir-typical spiciness on the Mosel. It characterises the fragrance. Mineral dominated taste, the barely noticeable sweetness adds the texture. The wine is dry, even if the term is not noted on the label.
