Tasting Notes
Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicately herbal-spicy, smoky touch, rather subtle fruit nuances, dark minerality. Crisp, very racy, taut and underlaid with white apple fruit, lemony nuances, will require a little longer maturation in the bottle, a potential long-distance runner.
