Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, deep core, youthful reflections. On the nose dark berry confit, intense cassis note, some liquorice, fine savouriness in the background. Immensely compact on the palate, dense texture dominated by sweet fresh blackberry fruit, vivid tannins that are very well integrated, persistent, lemony nuances in the finish, fine chocolate aftertaste, a great food wine. It has now reached a first maturity peak, and with further storage it has the potential for another good twenty years. .
