Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, with a deep core, purple reflections, a subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Dried herbs with smoky notes beneath ripe dark wild berries, red cherries, some nougat, candied orange zest in the background. Juicy, complex, with nuances of sweet fruit, ripe, round tannins, some cassis on the finish, fresh and mineral, a compact, multilayered food companion, strong ageing potential.
