The white wine Reichholzheim First Silvaner trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schlör has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Baden in Germany.
There's a beautiful green shimmer in the glass here. The nose is rather unshowy, with perhaps some citrus notes the dominant feature. Surprisingly salty on the palate, there's a fine softness in the mouth which feels wonderful. An elegant acidity forms a good framework for the juicy finish. A good accompaniment to food.
