Bright, pale straw yellow with fine shimmer. Very intense and appealing nose, rich of sage, some basil, plus elderflower and some fresh tree resin. Salty and with very great tension on the palate, complex and long.

Grapefruit and lemons on the palate, with the citrus fruit wrapped up in fine texture. It's very long and direct, with a salty finish.
