Tasting Notes
Light copper gold, silver glints. Fine herbal spice, a hint of figs as well as a mild fruit expression followed by a touch of dried fruit, some nougat and a sprinkle of vanilla in the background. Juicy, powerful, ripe pear tones, subtle sweetness and gentle acidity marked by minerality. An elegant food accompaniment featuring fresh apple notes and a fine chalky aftertaste, already easy to drink and with good ageing potential.
