Tasting Notes
Strong carmine garnet with light ochre reflections and a broad rim brightening. Fresh wild berries and ripe heart cherries on the nose along with candied orange zest - a very youthful and appealing bouquet. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a core of blackberry jam and nougat notes, firm tannins and a mineral-salty finish. It lingers for a long time, showcasing the perfectly ripe, dark, sweet berry fruit. An Austrian red wine icon. (cellar +10/drink).
