Light golden yellow. Linden blossom, yeast, nuts, candied orange peel and subtle notes of rubber on the nose. The palate is pithy, lean, with a layer of suppleness (which remains defensive), lively mousse, a concise and quite powerful Blanc de Blancs. Peppery flavours on the finish.
