It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Pastel colours. The aroma is clear and fresh: red berries, apple jelly, a hint of herbs. The attack on the palate is incredibly full-bodied, the acidity straightforward and full of tension, the mousse is fresh and dynamic, the sparkling wine finishes clean and savoury, almost completely dry. Stylish and pure!
