Light colour. Nuances of yellow flowers on the nose with ripe apricot, yellow apple and mandarin, fine yeast, and some honeycomb. Straightforward on the palate, with a linear progression and taut acidity, fine mousse, bone-dry and purist on a rich base and delicate texture.
