Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Light straw yellow in colour with a very slight golden shimmer. On the nose there are hints of nectarine, yellow plum, a hint of nutmeg. The palate reveals a juicy Rheingau acidity, contrasted by a layer of suppleness, the wine finishes full-bodied and rather restrained. Original!
