Tasting Notes
Still youthful on the nose, smoke and yeast flanking the fruit aromas, cherry, redcurrant, raspberry, floral notes, dried leaves. Impressive on the palate with polished tannins and an extract that unfolds like velvet, noble cultivated acidity, elegant red fruit, the minerality provides profile. Not a loud Pinot Noir, presents its arguments calmly and coherently.
