Bright golden yellow colour. Honey-sweet pear fruit, delicate herbal notes, peach confit, dried fruit notes. Apricot confit, brilliant acidity that counters the sweetness well, lemony notes on the finish, sultanas in the aftertaste, still some baby fat, will grow over the years.
