Tasting Notes
Rather subtle fragrance, lemon blossom. Lightweight wine, not too sweet, a Kabinett style. Fresh and sinewy, ripe acidity and restrained sweetness, all mineral-buffered, no bold tones, substance brought into the glass with discretion and a sense of style.
