Tasting Notes
From the single vineyard Entenberg in Lindau. Balsamic spontaneous-fermentation notes, tangerine and rock dust. In the mouth, the wine is silky, finely woven, soft and yet juicy. Finely nerved, it is completely at peace with itself, somehow light and yet also with an impression of generosity.
