The white wine »EB«, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Lanz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Souvignier Gris from the region Württemberg in Germany.
From the single vineyard Entenberg in Lindau. Delicately nuanced aromas, with balsamic spontaneous fermentation notes, yeast, crushed rock and background citrus hints. The palate is also highly differentiated, finely woven, incredibly precise, balanced acidity and an almost lucid structure. There is a definite lightness, but this is also a rich and serious wine.
