Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe peach notes on the nose are underpinned by a deep minerality, a little blossom honey, delicate herbal spiciness and a hint of kumquat. The palate is juicy and taut, with good complexity, pronounced fruit, a touch of chamomile and candied orange zest and a salty-mineral combination on the finish. Long lasting with definite ageing potential, but already drinking well.
