The white wine Berg Kaisersteinfels Riesling Großes Gewächs, vintage 2014 from the winery Weingut Leitz has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Light golden yellow in colour. Tropical aromas of guava and papaya with an undertone of caramel and blackcurrant. A hint of aniseed and lime blossom. Juicy and completely dry in the mouth, a slender, "cool" concentration, savoury and still firm in the extract, capable of further development. Very much terroir.
