Intense, yet still somewhat restrained aromas, with notes of pear, apple, cantaloupe melon, preserved lemon, fennel, caraway seeds and freshly ground hazelnut. Powerful on the palate, with lively and gripping acidity, subtle fruit, citrus notes and background mineral nuances, still youthful.
