Dense and multi-layered aromas of candied orange peel, fennel, oyster shell and also mint, mango, cantaloupe melon and pear skin. Powerful on the palate with a fine-meshed texture, and dense, sweetish extract. The elements are tightly interwoven, with refined acidity and fine-grained tannin that still has reserves.
