Tasting Notes
Cranberry and dried meat, smoked sausage, herbal spice. Fine-grained and dense in the mouth, mellow with well avoided green tones, slight sweetness in the fruit, concentrated, long-lasting acidity, which makes the alcohol appear somewhat measured.
More about the tastingRich bouquet with aromas of black cherries, blueberries, blood orange, dark chocolate, wet undergrowth and tar. Soft and juicy on the palate with lots of extract and volume, some cherry liqueur as fruit notion and sour cherry, good length, intense.
