Tasting Notes
Strong yellow gold colour. Fine caramel-accented yellow tropical fruit, ripe pineapple, fine blossom honey, hint of coconut. Powerful, full-bodied, again subtle milk caramel, somewhat washed out at the core, good acidity, mineral, currently in a somewhat closed phase. In 2006 the junior took over responsibility in the cellar, new equipment and screw cap are generally introduced.
