Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. A delicate herbal savouriness on the nose is underpinned by white apple fruit, fine citrus nuances, and a hint of pear. Juicy, elegant on the palate with a fresh structure, leading to marked Williams pear notes on the finish. Salty aftertaste, an exciting food companion.
