Black cherry, black pepper and blackberry rise to the nose, along with a hint of mint. The cuvée of Merlot, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent is slightly tart on the palate thanks to the vivid but well-integrated tannin structure, which is accompanied by a refreshing acidity. A very gluggable cuvée that is quite enjoyable when slightly chilled.
