The white wine »Fumé Reserve« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Lisa Bunn has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Clear, rich yellow. Cassis on the nose, along with ripe citrus fruit, some smoke and ground rock. It's fresh on the palate too thanks to a fine acidity and crunchy redcurrant and lime notes. Very elegant, perfect with seafood.
