The red wine Wintersheim Spätburgunder, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Lisa Bunn has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
The bouquet is characterised by berry fruit, but also spices (allspice, cinnamon, cloves). Gentle, but not overly flattering on the palate. Beautifully presented fruit, polished tannins, and harmoniously integrated acidity. A wine that is not too challenging but nonetheless shows enormous complexity. Well done!
