Tasting Notes
Bright, intense straw yellow. An intense and very appealing nose, revealing an exciting blend of yellow fruits (pear, mirabelle plum, pineapple) and subtle caramel notes. Very full-bodied on the palate, it unfolds with power and intensity, featuring plenty of ripe fruit; the finish is salty, juicy, and creamy. The quite substantial residual sugar of nearly 14 grams is barely noticeable; it will be exciting to see how the wine develops.
