Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine oak spice, subtle bourbon vanilla, a hint of yellow pear, candied orange zest. Full-bodied, pronounced fruit texture, fine ripe mango, mineral, a hint of caramel on the finish, good length, a complex food wine.
