Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

The nose is still closed, but notes of candle wax slowly emerge. On the palate, detection of saltiness while stony spiciness intergrates everything. The density and finesse of the fruit is undisputed and does justice to this iconic Ahr site.
