The white wine »Große Lage« Forst Pechstein Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Margarethenhof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Initially cool and floral on the nose, with lemon balm, young apricot, yellow apple and a hint of stone. On the palate, a firm acidity balances the great substance, citric aromas dominate, fine minerality. A wine with great length and certain ageing potential.
