Delicate notes of sour cherries, Morello cherries, predominantly red berry nuances, floral touch, some hibiscus, dark slate minerality, tobacco. Taut, red berry tones, tightly woven, with a richly finesse acidic structure, salty minerality, medium length, concluded with a citrusy aftertaste. An animating supper companion.
