Deep ruby-garnet, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Delicate notes of sour cherries, Morello cherries, predominantly red berry nuances, floral touch, some hibiscus, dark slate minerality, tobacco. Taut, red berry tones, tightly woven, with a richly finesse acidic structure, salty minerality, medium length, concluded with a citrusy aftertaste. An animating supper companion.
