Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections. Ripe yellow tropical fruit, ripe peach, a fine herbal savouriness, with delicate hints of caramel and roasted pineapple. Juicy, elegant, a medium complexity, a delicate acidity, with nice sweet fruit on the finish, and hints of dried plum and honey on the aftertaste.
