Tasting Notes
Strong ruby colour with purple reflexes and a broad, watery rim. Red fruits of the forest are underlaid with floral notes, some juniper, delicately animalistic notes, and a mineral touch. A delicate, light-footed style, with red berries on the palate too. It is taut and persistent, with fine tannins and a lemony aftertaste. A food wine that is full of finesse.
