Tasting Notes
Medium greenish-yellow, golden glints. Delicately smoky, and herbaceous underlaid with peach, a hint of pineapple, as well as mineral tones and flint nuances. Complex, juicy, fine hazelnut layer, freshly structured, salty reverberations, unique character, finesse, good length, and marked by a nougat finish. Definite ageing potential, already very tantalising.
