The white wine »Fumé« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Markus Brandt has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
There are aromas of smoke, almond, ripe pear, herbal savouriness, and subtle vanilla on the nose. On the palate it has a ripe acidity, a nice texture, almond, ripe pear, with oak spiciness dominating. It has a dense structure, beautiful length, and it is a very good food wine.
