Tasting Notes
Balsamic, spontaneously fermented aroma. Behind this, meadow herbs, lemon peel, slate savouriness, kiwi. Concise but also fine acidity dominates the palate, the sweetness is restrained, tactile mineral notes lead into the aromatically still closed, even somewhat yeasty finish. A Kabinett of great tension, which interprets the predicate tightly and densely with rather scarce grape ripeness.
