Fine and yeasty aroma, apple peel, yellow apple, quince jelly, a hint of lemon juice, grapefruit, mango, orange zest. Lean and taut on the palate, fine acidity, dense and good extract, soft structure in the centre of the palate and a spiciness that intensifies on the finish.
